New Support Portal is Launching
Beginning Monday July 23, 2018, VSI will provide a new customer service portal for a better support experience. The new portal will provide significant improvements to the existing portal, including an easy to use, advanced search function for self-help.
On Saturday, July 21st and Sunday, July 22nd, Support Portal access will be suspended. Please contact email@example.com with non-critical questions or concerns. For critical issues, please call the pager 802-351-1579 .
You will receive an email on Monday, July 23rd with instructions for how to access the new Support Portal.
