Golf Courses

While the GolfTrac application was designed as golf course management software for municipal and county government golf courses, it applies equally well to serve the needs of private golf courses.  Up to 999 courses can be managed in one database.  The GolfTrac system includes POS Cash Register Inventory/Tickets/Gift Cards/Gift Certificates, Annual/Seasonal Memberships, Punch Play Cards, Non-Member Daily Plays, Golf POS Tee-Time Reservations, and Local Handicap functions.

The GolfTrac software enables any number of staff members to concurrently operate the software, while simultaneously enabling WebTrac online customers to reserve tee-times.  The TeleTrac, Telephony System, also enables simultaneous touch tone tee time reservations.

The standard GolfTrac software includes interfaces to E-Range and Range Servant for golf ball sales, Keyonics Smart Key to prevent unauthorized golf cart use, GolfNow online tee-times, Gold DataTech inventory, Golf Course Trends, Brunswick Bowling, AMF Bowling, Quibka Bowling, FoodTrak inventory, and SSCI Background Security Checks.

Other integrated products include Photo ID Card and Key fobs, Biometric Finger & Vein Readers, Credit/Debit Card Authorization options, Access Control, Remote Lighting Control, and Point-of-Sale Peripherals.

VSI also offers an interface for VisionPerfect Golf Tournament Manager, Golf Scoreboard/Leaderboard, Golf Event Board, and Club Handicaps.

Each of the primary database applications including RecTrac, GolfTrac, and MainTrac contain complete financial accounting capabilities to view or print reports listing all transactions for any given time period on demand,  Typically, these summary or detailed transactions are interfaced to the financial applications, such as VSI's FinTrac or any other third party system.  The optional General Ledger Interface passes financial data to your financial software for automatic posting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
