- Family Member Data includes: Member Information, Grade, Age, Birth date, Ethnicity, SNAP Status, Health Assessment and Physical tracking, Medical Conditions, Special Needs, Basic Care, Medications, Allergies, Shots & Immunization, Illnesses and ability to link important scanned documents (shot record, trip permission slips, etc).
