Giles Willey, President, manages the company, participates in the sales effort, and oversees VSI strategic development plans. Other duties include nurturing business partnerships to complement the core VSI applications and modules. In 1989, Giles developed the first release of our premier products, RecTrac and GolfTrac. His experience in systems analysis, software design, software development, hardware and network configurations, and customer installations began in 1981.
Laura Valley, Vice President, manages the customer training and support functions. She is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are being addressed on a continual basis. This includes prompt telephone responses, shipment of software upgrades, surveys to determine current and future user requirements and scheduling the installations and training. Laurie has been part of the VSI team since 1985.
Kate Mitchell, Vice President & Treasurer. As our Business Manager, Kate is responsible for all corporate accounting functions. Kate has been part of the VSI team since 1985.
John Willey, Vice President, manages much of the marketing and sales of VSI products. John also assists with the research phase of product integration with VSI application software. John has been with the company since 1993.
Bruce Gepfert, Vice President and Director of Software Development. As the leader of the VSI application software development team, Bruce guides the development of the RecTrac, GolfTrac, MainTrac, TeleTrac, WebTrac, FinTrac, and Access Control products. Bruce has a Civil Engineering Degree with 10 years field experience prior to joining VSI. He has been a part of the VSI software design and development team since 1994.
Dave Wirtz, Sales Manager, is very involved with all aspects of improving and presenting VSI software and hardware products. Dave has been with the company since 1996.
Cullen Barber, Customer Support Manager is responsible for current customer support services, new customer on-site training and installation planning, and VSI support staff training. Cullen has supported VSI customers since 1993.
Tom Valley, Customer Support Manager, is responsible for current customer support services, new customer on-site training and installation planning, and VSI support staff training. Tom has supported VSI recreation customers since 1994.
Travis Barber, Customer Support Manager is responsible for current customer support services, new customer on-site training and installation planning, and VSI support staff training. Travis has supported VSI recreation customers since 1994. He also oversees the VSI military support group.
Bob Willey, Chairman, monitors corporate commitments, product pricing, and sales functions. Bob also assists others to ensure that VSI fulfills its obligations to provide high quality software and support services. Bob has over 50 years experience in the software and computer hardware field.
