VSI has the ability to populate new household and family member data in the database (RecTrac, GolfTrac, and CYMS) by scanning a driver's license using a magstripe or 2D bar code reader. This not only saves time, but also ensures data entry accuracy and consistency.- Encoded data varies by state to populate eight data fields each, for the primary and secondary persons in the household.
- Two options include a lower-cost 2D bar code only or higher-cost 2D bar code or magstripe.
