Vermont Systems’ primary application software products have been designed and developed for municipal and county government recreation and parks departments and park districts. The primary software applications for the Recreation & Parks Management include RecTrac, GolfTrac, WebTrac, MainTrac, FinTrac, TeleTrac, Mobile RecTrac, Mobile WebTrac, and PayTrac. Each product consists of multiple integrated software modules for managing recreation and parks operations.
The RecTrac system includes 11 integrated modules:
Activity Registration, Facility Reservations, Pass Management Photo, League Scheduling, Court Reservations, Trip Reservations, Locker Rentals, Equipment/Site Rentals, Personal Trainer Scheduling, Point of Sale/Inventory Control, POS Theater/Venue Ticketing, and Incident Reporting.
For those operations that prefer one database of fully integrated applications, simply add the Golf POS software and/or the Child/Youth Management software. All common data, such as households/family members, are shared by all modules, as are the Systems Administration functions for centralized financial control, inquiries, and reporting.
Other integrated products include Photo ID Card & Key fobs, Biometric Finger & Vein Readers, Credit/Debit Card Authorization options, Access Control, Remote Lighting Control, and Point-of-Sale Peripherals.
Each of the primary database applications including RecTrac, GolfTrac, and MainTrac contain complete financial accounting capabilities to view or print reports listing all transactions for any given time period on demand, Typically, these summary or detailed transactions are interfaced to the financial applications, such as VSI's FinTrac or any other third party system. The optional General Ledger Interface passes financial data to your financial software for automatic posting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. RecTrac also includes a SSCI Background Security Check interface.
