VSI offers two hosting solutions: Full Database Hosting and WebServer Only Hosting

Full Database Hosting

• Database and Web servers are managed by VSI staff; VSI performs all hardware and operating system maintenance.
• Applicaiton updates are installed on the server by VSI staff and downloaded to the customer's client workstations automatically upon login.
• Server downtime for scheduled maintenance is planned and coordinated with the customer and performed during off-peak hours.
• Nightly database backups.
• 24/7 Support for server infrastructure.
• Flat monthly fee. No "per transaction" fees.

Web Server Hosting

• Web servers are managed by VSI staff; VSI performs all hardware and operating system maintenance.
• Application updates are installed on the web server by VSI staff.
• VSI provides the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate.
• Server downtime for scheduled maintenance is planned and coordinated with the customer and performed during off-peak hours.
• Flat monthly fee. No "per transaction" fees.
