How many installations do you have?
- VSI has over 1000 municipal customers, 300 military bases, over 55 colleges/universities, and over 30 private organizations for a combined total of nearly 1400 installations.
Do you support Credit Cards as a payment method?
- Yes. Current external redirect credit card and debit card interfaces include Plug'n Pay and Verifone gateways, ETS, and online credit card interfaces to TouchNet, Govolution, Systems East, and PayPal.
Do you offer Online Registrations?
- Yes. Our WebTrac software provides an online registration via a real-time browser user interface to process most RecTrac transactions from the web. For example, Online Registrations provide the same criteria checks (class availability, age, grade, gender, class conflicts, etc) as the client software does during the process of registering a customer standing at the counter. Other WebTrac options include most RecTrac Recreation Management functions, including credit card payments.
What operating systems do your products work on?
- All VSI applications operate in single user or multi-user network environments. Certified client operating systems are Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. Certified Network Server OS's include W2003 R2, W2008R2, W2012, Linux, and Unix. Please see the Download page for the .pdf version of the document.
