Parks Operations/Maintenance

The MainTrac Parks Maintenance and Equipment Tracking and Maintenance software consists of a Base System for logging labor, equipment, materials, and outside costs for any number of users, plus the optional Personnel Scheduling, Inspections/Results, and Planning/Budgeting functions.  Maintain facilities, parks, equipment, landscape areas, streets, vehicles, and trees. Any number of concurrent users can access the system to process any of the licensed functions.

With the addition of browser based Mobile MainTrac/eMainTrac software, your staff has real time Internet access to some MainTrac functions, to include Combination Log, Log Review, Inspections, and Work Order creation and processing.  This access can be accomplished using a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

Financial data can be imported or exported from MainTrac to or from your financial system for automatic posting on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
