Background Check Interface

Description
VSI is happy to announce the release of a background check interface with SSCI in RecTrac 10.3m. SSCI is one of the leading background check organizations in the country. The new interface will allow information from RecTrac to automatically be sent to SSCI for processing. Once the background check is complete, the results are sent back to RecTrac to eliminate data entry errors.

In addition to simplifying the background check process, this interface carries with it NO additional fees from VSI.
While the person's social security number is required to process a background check, this sensitive data is purged from RecTrac once a successful background check has been returned. RecTrac users will be able to query the database to find any coach or volunteer that has not had a background check within "X" days. It can also provide a list of all failed background checks so that these individuals can be dealt with accordingly.
