SunGard Public Sector provides software and service solutions in four key market segments - local government, public safety and justice agencies, K-12 school districts, and state and central governments. SunGard and VSI have a long standing interface that allows RecTrac transactions to automatically update the SunGard Cash Receipts software and RecTrac refunds to update the SunGard Accounts Payable software. These interfaces are being used by over 250 joint customers throughout the country today.
VP Golf and Tournament Software programs are designed to make the process of event setup and management simple using mouse click operations and 'drag & drop' functionality. VP Golf utilizes WIZARDS throughout the program for setup and changes. The software also allows you to build your own custom reports using easy to follow screens. Tournament scoring is manageable and efficient with options to post scores to the web and display results on your customizable TV or Video Display screens.
Intellicheck Mobility (Positive Access) 
VSI has integrated the Intellicheck Mobility software (Positive Access)with RecTrac/GolfTrac/CYMS software to enable scanning a driver’s license using a magstripe reader or 2D bar code reader to populate new household and family member data in the database. This not only saves time, but also ensures data entry accuracy and consistency.
The Syntellect (Envox) CT Application Development Environment (Envox CT ADE™) is a development tool with utilities to control Intel Dialogic and other telephony APIs. Syntellect CT ADE enables developers to create and deploy computer telephony (CT) applications more easily and more quickly than using traditional APIs. VSI uses the CT ADE software by Syntellect to develop the TeleTrac touch one telephone application software for use with Intel's Dialogic voice cards.
Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) 
GTG will be the provider of computerized mapping products and services to extend the functionality of VSI's software.
VSI has recently partnered with Iron Mountain Digital to offer a new On-line Backup Service that provides our customers with a convenient, secure, and cost-effective solution for backup and recovery of their critical data. Increasing exposure to risk of data loss and insufficient staff resources are prompting managers to use managed service providers to overcome the problems. LiveVault protects open databases without plug-ins or complex configurations, requires low bandwidth because it copies only changed bytes, uses Iron Mountain to protect the data, and provides backup professionals to manage and monitor the backups. The service includes secure data capture, removal, storage, and recovery.

American Microsystems, Ltd. (AML)

Seneca Data provides high quality network servers, systems software, laser printers, and adminiostrative workstations.
ScanSource was founded in 1992 to serve the reseller channel as a source for automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) and point-of-sale (POS) solutions. ScanSource is committed to providing best-of-breed products and value-added services to resellers in North America, Latin America and Europe.
Electronic Payment Authorization
Plug 'n Pay's DirectLink payment gateway enables real-time, secure (40/128 bit encryption) credit card verification through its' proprietary software and certified private gateways to most major credit card processors. VSI has certified its' ERI (External Redirect Interface) with PnP for credit card payments.
Electronic Transaction Systems (ETS) 
ETS is an international merchant processing leader offering complete payment processing services including credit card, debit card, POS echeck, ecommerce, gift cards, loyalty cards, and 24/7 support. VSI has completed the development of the ERI and is now qualifying it with initial users.
VSI has certified its' ERI (External Redirect Interface) with Verifone's PAYware Transact, PAYware PC, IPCharge, and PCCharge payment software applications, each of which maintains its' own database of transactions processed via IP. The Verifone gateways are certified for multiple processors.
Other Web-Only External Redirect Interfaces (ERIs)
VSI has developed ERIs for other online credit card processors including Systems East and Govolution.
Electronic Check Processing
ProfitStars offers an innovative, Web-based ACH processing solution for VSI's customers. The VSI eCheck Interface to ProfitStars provides Electronic Check services to enable VSI users to accept and process echeck payments quickly, affordably and securely. The check image is captured and the check is compared to a national bad check database. Automatic representment is a standard feature.
The optional VSI eCheck software captures the check MICR data, along with the check amount, and creates an ACH file to transmit to your bank at end of day.
US Dataworks/ChasePaymentech offers a similar, Web-based ACH processing solution for VSI's customers. The VSI eCheck Interface to ChasePaymentech provides Electronic Check services to enable VSI users to accept and process echeck payments quickly, affordably and securely. The check image is captured and the check is compared to a national bad check database. Automatic representment is a standard feature.
