The latest FinTrac 10.2 software has been released and, as part of the Time Management module, it now includes a fully integrated Employee Scheduling SuperGrid that allows you to: View 16 day schedule at a glance; Zoom to a single day schedule; Schedule employees with a single mouse click; Click and drag to schedule employees for consecutive days; Create work schedules for employees linked as RecTrac instructors; Clone schedules; Define color code schemes for scheduled employees, late punch-ins, sick days, vacation days, no-shows, etc; Monitor today's punch-ins to view status; and, print several related reports.
